Moving and Connecting your Home
To get electricity and gas connected to your new home it is just one phone call to us. We want to take out some of the stress out of moving so there are two simple ways to connect your energy at your new home:
- Phone
- Call us on 131 806 from Monday to Friday 8am to 8:30pm and Saturday 9am to 5.30pm and we’ll arrange it over the phone
- Email us at sales@redenergy.com.au and we’ll get in contact with you to arrange your move
Please allow at least three working days for us to arrange the disconnection at your existing address ( if you are billing with us) and connection of your gas and electricity at your new address.
