Customer Number
This is a unique number that identifies your account.

National Metering Identifier
This is a unique number used to identify the meter(s) at your property.

Supply Address
This is the address at which we supply energy as per the national database. This may not completely align with the postal address of the property.

Amount Due
This is the amount you need to pay, including any discounts or concessions. You’ll find all the details and any credit balances on page two.

Faults and Emergencies Number
This number will take you directly to the network who is responsible for the poles and wires in your area. Call this number to report any faults and outages.

Here you’ll see all the transactions since your last bill.

Meter Read Index
An index read is the physical reading on the smart meter at a point in time. Your bills are based upon the interval meter data. The index readings show the total energy recorded at the meter since installation and are generally used as a guide only. These reads are displayed sequentially, as is reflected in the understanding your bill table.
