Small business customers can refer by sharing their customer number with their friends. Your friend will need to call Red and quote your customer number and full name when signing up to Red.

I haven’t received my refer a friend reward?
To receive an eGift Card you need to provide a valid email address. If you’re the referred customer and your electricity account has become billable, you should receive the eGift card from [email protected].

Please Note: Qantas RAF points are allocated weekly and you must be on a Qantas Red plan. If you have redeemed Qantas Points on Monday, your Qantas Points will be allocated the following Monday.
