Current Red Energy customers who wish to switch or change electricity or gas plans can contact us on 131 806 for assistance.
Upon signing up online, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, a confirmation pack containing your plan details and rates will be sent to you.
Both are subject to clear and safe access to your meter.
You will receive an email or letter confirming your transfer is complete and that billing has commenced.
