  • Viewing and paying bills

    For a convenient way to pay your bills, we recommend the Red Energy app. It allows you to track your energy usage and manage payments all in one place. If you prefer using desktop, you can log in to MyAccount.

  • Switching from one plan to another

    Current Red Energy customers who wish to switch or change electricity or gas plans can contact us on 131 806 for assistance.

  • What to expect after signing up online

    Upon signing up online, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, a confirmation pack containing your plan details and rates will be sent to you.

    Delivery of confirmation pack:
    • eCommunications: Within 2 business days via email.
    • Post: Within 5 business days via mail.

    Connection timeframes:
    • Electricity connections: Can occur between 7 am and midnight on your chosen date.
    • Gas meter reads: Will occur within 3 business days of your requested date.

    Both are subject to clear and safe access to your meter.

    Switching from another retailer:

    You will receive an email or letter confirming your transfer is complete and that billing has commenced.
