What was provided

The credits automatically appeared on bills issued after:

VIC, SA and QLD: 1 July and 1 October 2025

To qualify for Victorian energy concessions, you must hold one of the following valid concession cards:

    Health Care Card (Services Australia)

You can receive an energy concession when:

    The concession card is valid

    The name on the energy account matches the name on the concession card

    The supply address is your main residence

    ○

    The account is billed on a residential tariff
