How PayTo works
Step 1 — Share your payment details
Pay your bill via the Pay a Bill page and select PayTo as your payment method, then enter your PayID or your BSB and account number
- •○
If you don’t have a PayID yet, you will have to create one in your online banking.
- •○
A PayID is something easy to remember (like your mobile number or email) that links to your bank account.
Step 2 — Approve the agreement in your banking app
We’ll send a PayTo agreement to your bank which you can access in your banking app or website. Log in, review the details, and choose to authorise or decline.
Step 3 — Payment happens immediately
Once you approve the agreement, the payment is made. Next time you receive a bill, you can follow the same process and select PayTo as a payment method.
