I need help logging into the Red Energy app

I’m locked out of the Red Energy app
You can unlock your profile by following the steps below
- Click “Unlock my digital profile” below
- Enter your login email address
- Click “Send Link to Unlock”
- Check your email and click the “Unlock Profile Link”
- Once your profile is unlocked, you can try to log back into the app

I’ve forgotten my password
If you log in with your Google, Microsoft or Apple account you’ll need to follow their password reset instructions before attempting to access the Red Energy app again.
If you log in with an email address and password, follow the steps below and we can send you a code to log in with instead.
Logging in with a code
- Click “Forgot Password” on the Red Energy app login screen
- Enter your login email address
- Click Send Code
- Enter the 6 digit code we sent to your login email address
- Click Login
- Once you’re logged in, go to Profile -> Login details -> Change password

How do I reset my password?
If you log in with your Google, Microsoft or Apple account you’ll need to follow their password reset instructions before attempting to access the Red Energy app again.
You can easily change your password once logged into the app.
- Visit “Your Profile” in the Red Energy app menu
- Select “Login details”
- Choose “Change password”

What details do I need to register for Red Energy app?
To register you’ll need your
- Customer number
- First and last name
- Date of birth
You will need to ensure the information provided matches the details on your account.
You can find your customer number on your bill or welcome pack. -

Registering is quick and easy. If you have all your details ready, it usually takes about 5 minutes.
