To get your new connection underway, apply to Ausgrid for a connection via their connection portal selecting Red Energy as your Retailer.

After you receive the National Metering Identifier (NMI) from Ausgrid, complete our new connection request form and return it to us via email [email protected].

We need to know who your ASP is, so please provide your ASP details in your application form. Once we have received the completed new connection request form we will contact you and finalise the request. There may be delays if the request is inaccurate or missing information.
