Standing Offer Rates

If you’re a Red Energy customer but haven’t accepted a market offer or you’re using energy but haven’t contacted us to set up an account, then you are on a standing offer. All standing offer plans are governed by the applicable energy regulations.

New NSW, QLD, SA, VIC, and ACT (Electricity), and NSW, QLD, SA and ACT (Gas) standing offer rates commence 1 July 2026. Current rates can be viewed on the existing Basic Plan Information Documents and Energy Fact Sheets here. Please note, all rates listed below are GST inclusive.
