Cooma Community & Sporting Bus
Red Energy’s on-going support of the Cooma Community & Sporting Bus helps ensure that local schools, sporting clubs and community groups are able to access a reliable and practically priced bus service to attend games and events across the greater south east region of NSW.
New South Wales Snowfields
Red Energy has partnerships with Perisher, Thredbo, Charlotte Pass and Selwyn Snow Resort which allow the resorts to provide additional facilities and activations for ski enthusiasts and families to enjoy whilst encouraging the development of snowsports and tourism in the region.
Red also sponsors the NSW Snowsports Interschools Organisation, which provides competitive programs and skills development for thousands of children across all snowsports disciplines.
Group 16 Junior Rugby League
Group 16 is a rugby league competition in south eastern NSW. The competition is operated under the auspices of the NSW Country Rugby League. Group 16 covers the area from Batemans Bay down to Eden and across to Cooma. Red Energy is a jersey partner for the junior competition and also assists with the development of representative players.
Monaro Early Intervention Service (MEIS)
MEIS is a not-for-profit, non-government organisation that provides family-centred early childhood intervention services for children 0–18 years who have a disability or developmental delay, and supports their families. Red Energy assists with the operating costs of the Outreach Program vehicle, contributing the provision of services to remote communities.
Winter Olympic Moguls Silver Medallist, World Cup winner, joint winner of the Ski and Snowboard Australia Athlete of the Year and the NSW Institute of Sport Male Athlete of the Year, Matt Graham is Red Energy’s ‘Snow Ambassador’.
Matt can be seen on Red Energy advertising in the Snowy Mountains region, skiing and training at Perisher throughout the Australian winter months and also attending various NSW Snowsports Interschools events and award ceremonies on behalf of Red.
Lake Light Sculpture
Lake Light Sculpture is an inspiring outdoor sculpture exhibition and competition held over the Easter long weekend on the stunning foreshore of Lake Jindabyne.
Artists of every calibre – including professionals, experienced and emerging artists, community groups, and local tradesmen – participate in the event. The coveted Red Energy People’s Choice Award, and the Red Energy Illumination Award for the sculpture that best lights up the night sky are favourites.
